Get to know our Sleepy Sloth

It’s about time we introduced you to another integral part of the Good Grains team; our Sleepy Sloth. If you’ve spent some time on our website, you’ve surely seen her hanging out, sipping a warm cup of joe.

She’s a pretty simple gal who spends most of her time either sleeping or drinking coffee. From time-to-time you’ll catch her playing chess. She’s constantly trying to challenge Norman the Narwhal, but his lack of arms make it a tough game for him. In all honesty, we’ve yet to see her challenge an opponent with hands, so we aren’t convinced she even knows how to play.

Nonetheless, our Sleepy Sloth is actually really smart! She often helps our Research & Development team come up with new cereal formulas, although sometimes she wants to include some pretty strange ingredients. She’s the one who came up with the idea of adding multigrain twigs into Mighty Munch. Yep, twigs! (If you haven’t triedMighty Munch yet, you need to. It’s absolutely delicious and a best-seller!)

Sleepy Sloth’s best friend is Daphne, the unicorn. Their friendship is pretty funny because Daphne is such a morning unicorn, and Sleepy Sloth needs to start her mornings slowly. It must be the balance that makes them such a pair. Or maybe it’s because Sleepy Sloth can nap on Daphne’s back whenever she feels like it. Who knows?

That’s all we’ve got for now. Just remember, if you happen to see Sleepy Sloth hanging out and she’s awake, challenge her to a game of chess! That way we can find out once and for all if she knows how to play.
