I haven't eaten the oatmeal

I haven't eaten the oatmeal yet. The cold cereal is all right. I am more interested in if it is good for me than how it tastes. I have been trying to keep my AC1 below 6 for a few years and I have gotten lazy the last year or so and it's inching up.

Fifty Fifty Oatmeal Pancakes

The Oatmeal makes really good oat flour. Then combined with 2 tablespoons of baking powder, two eggs, 1 cup of milk. What a great way to eat the Oatmeal as pancakes. Daughter approved.
