We're so glad your a subscriber! Looking for some tips on managing your Good Grains subscription? You've come to the right place.

    1. How do I modify my selections? You can modify your order online by clicking here. You can also give us a call at 1-888-665-0311.
    2. Can I change my order frequency? Yup! Click here to get step-by-step instructions on how to set your desired frequency. 
    3. How do I pause shipments?
    4. How quick is the delivery? We do our best to package all orders the same day they come in. However, at this time, we do not ship on weekends. All orders are packaged and shipped from our building in Southern California, so depending on where you live it should take between 1 and 5 business days
    5. Is a subscription the same as the club? Yup. Once you're a subscriber, you're in the club. Different language, same great cereal! 
    6. How does Fund Flakes work with the Club? Fund Flakes is our school or group fundraising program. If you're here from Fund Flakes to support a group, make sure you use the group's code at checkout! We then give $1 per item you order back to your group or school, for life. Awesome!
