Look at you smarty pants, doing your homework... Fundraiser Events run similar to your typical order form fundraiser, with a few key tweaks. We provide you with customized Order Forms, Parent Letters and helpful support throughout the process. Once you sign up, we establish a schedule and work with you to rollout your event. If there is a Fundraiser Rep in your area, you can also work with your local rep who can help you boost your results. Once your event is over, we ship directly to your supporters for free and we promote online reorders so that your group continues to earn on every reorder for life! Doesn't that sound nice?

FOLLOW THESE 7 STEPS FOR HUGE RESULTS

  1. START BY SETTING YOUR GOAL
    Visit our Goal Calculator to see just how realistic it is to reach your fundraising goal! We think you'll be pleasantly surprised. For instance, a school of 600 kids participating who each sell an average of 4 cases will earn $12,000 immediately, not to mention recurring funds from reorders. Or, a community group with just 50 volunteers who each sell an average of 20 cases will earn $5,000 immediately. 

  2. BUILD YOUR TIMELINE
    Running your fundraiser takes about 5 weeks — 3 weeks for the event and 2 weeks to process and ship. But, you can do it tighter if you wish. We include a chart to set your dates in the Organizer's Guide.

  3. SIGN UP ONLINE
    Sign Up online
    or email in a paper sign-up form, which you can download from our Toolbox. Once received, we will confirm and mail your Order Taker flyers.

  4. RUN YOUR FUNDRAISER
    Review the Organizer’s Guide for the best way to run your Good Grains fundraiser. We've spelled out all the steps you need to take and included some helpful tips to ensure your event is a success.

  5. MOTIVATE YOUR VOLUNTEERS
    For certain groups, our basic prizing recommendations work great to incentivize participation to reach your goal. It's your option to include prizing and kickoff events or not. We're here to help make your fundraiser a success, so we welcome you to reach out with any questions about getting your volunteers involved and taking part in your fundraiser.

  6. COLLECT & SUBMIT ORDERS
    Collect all Order Taker flyers from your volunteers and enter your orders into your Master Order spreadsheet. Since we pre-pack each order for you, it’s important you collect the name, address, email and phone for each order. We’re unlike other fundraisers where you have to receive bulk shipments, sort them out and distribute orders. Instead, we directly ship the orders pre-labeled to each supporter.

  7. JUICE YOUR LONG TERM RESULTS!
    Other fundraisers end here. But, not Good Grains. Your supporters can continue to order Good Grains, and for each reorder, your organization will receive $1 per box just as they do with Online Orders. We’ll include an insert in each case promoting the reorder option. But, we recommend you remind your group to promote the reorders, as you’ll boost your fundraising total without any additional work.
