Fellow - Atmos Vacuum Canister

Guard the goods.

Oxygen makes coffee stale and robs your brew of its full potential. Atmos banishes air, moisture, and odors to stop your beans from aging out before you’ve enjoyed the whole bag. Twisting the lid back and forth sucks air out to prevent oxidation and extends coffee’s shelf life up to 50%. Choose between clear glass or upgrade to matte black stainless steel for an extra layer of protection from flavor-sucking sunlight.

Integrated Vacuum Pump – Twist the lid back and forth to remove air from the inside. The integrated pumps means no more hunting down a separate piece. The vacuum magic is all in the lid!

Vacuum Lock Indicator – Watch the dot drop to reveal a green ring. The vacuum is now locked to prevent oxidation and extend the shelf life of coffee and other pantry items.

Easy Release Button – When the contents are calling your name, press the button to unlock and bring the air pressure back to normal.

Airtight Silicone Seal – Stops air, moisture, odors, and other funk from seeping in.

Size –  1.2 liters

More Than Coffee –  Store cereal, nuts, cookies, candy, or whatever else could benefit from the banishment of air.

Technical Specs:

  • Clear glass or matte black
  • 1.2 L canister holds up to 16 oz of coffee beans
  • Do not store ground substances, like: ground coffee, flour, etc. This may clog the vacuum lid and prevent a proper vacuum seal. Do not place Atmos upside down while storing content inside.
  • Not dishwasher safe – for best cleaning practices, please refer to the Instructions and Safety Guide

What is this MAGIC?

Crazy contraption this is (sorry for the Yoda speak). But seriously, it's a beautifully crafted canister, whether you choose the glass or black matte (I have the matte one to match my set). But, I think I'll also get the glass one for cookies. I use the matte one for my Klatch coffee. I didn't even realize at first how the vacuum seal works. It's so simple - twist the top back and forth to create a vacuum. Someone should make a mini one of these for wine bottles - just sayin'. Never seen another one like this - matches the Fellow Pour Over set and Kettle perfectly.

really great

Got it and love it, airtight, looks great. Fellow does it right

Coolest Jar I've Ever Owned

It took me a minute to figure out how this thing worked, but once I got it, it's super impressive. At first I thought it was just a jar that looked good, and $30 seemed high for that. But then I did the twist thing that sucks the air out of the jar, so that it's vacuum-sealed, and it was a whole new deal. Worth it, coffee stays fresh, all good. Plus, they look great on the counter. Will get 2. 5*
