Food Products and Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept physical returns of opened or unopened items. This helps us ensure food safety and product integrity for all customers. That said, if there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goodgrains.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@goodgrains.com. While we do not accept food returns, we may offer a replacement, refund, or credit on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit or deny requests in cases of suspected abuse or excessive claims.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days. While Good Grains is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered, we will do our best to assist.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
