Where We Ship

Good Grains currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers) to deliver your order. The carrier is selected based on your location, order size, and fulfillment logistics.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders (such as Variety Pack orders or promotional offers). Free shipping eligibility will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location and carrier service levels. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Good Grains is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we may require additional shipping fees to reship or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@goodgrains.com with your order number and photos. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
